Distinguished friends,
I would like to present to you the new creation that emerged from the cradle of the Penedès and the craftsmanship of the Fontanals wineries: Arisoptera a unique and exceptional white wine made with two varieties which provide it with a complex aroma and a unique depth. It originates from our oldest vineyards that were planted some eight decades ago. This way we are able to obtain a substance with optimum citrus, floral and mineral characteristics which enables us to carry out the blend we do with Xarel.lo and the wine pressed from the late Malvasia de Sitges harvest. When we sight the wine we see a pale yellow with golden highlights and a smooth tear. It is ideal with cold appetizers, fish, rice and pasta, as it is a wine which has body thanks to its aging.
